Learn-to-Row Summer Camp 2019

What:  As a part of Reach High Rowing’s Summer Season, Reach High offers an opportunity to potential athletes to learn the sport of rowing.  Spend time with Reach High rowers, college-bound alumni athletes, and Reach High coaches on the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River learning the skills and earning the fitness to become a rower. Campers will also spend time on land learning boat handling and rowing technique, general conditioning on the ergometer (rowing machine), and participating in land-based workouts.  Each week will include a lot of water time and will end in a camp-wide regatta to test your rowing skill!
